KIMCHI SUNDUBU JJIGAE

(Kimchi soft tofu stew)

Today, we make Kimchi sundubu jjigae. It is a popular Korean dish even in Hawaii. It is eaten with a bowl of rice and several side dishes. 




Ingredients: anchovy, crushed garlic, kimchi, green onion, soft tofu, sesame leaf, egg. (All ingredients that I post can be bought at any Korean markets in Hawaii)

How to make?

1. Put some anchovy and crushed garlic into water.




























2. After water boils, take out the anchovy and put kimchi into the stew.


























3. After few minutes, put soft tofu, sliced green onion and sliced sesame leaf into the stew.
































4. After few minutes, put egg into the stew.






5. Enjoy!
