TTEOK BOK KI

(Rice cakes in hot sauce)

Today, we make Tteokbokki. It is a popular Korean snack food which is commonly purchased from street vendors.

Ingredients: anchovy, crushed garlic, black pepper, lettuce, fish cake, rice cake, ramen, red pepper paste, green onion, sugar. (All ingredients that I post can be bought at any Korean markets in Hawaii)

How to make?

2. Put some anchovies, crushed garlic and black pepper.
