CHICKEN KATSU (Fried Chicken)


CHICKEN KATSU

(Fried Chicken)

Today, we make Chicken Katsu. It is like a fried chicken but not the same as American style fired chicken. Personally, I really like this and I enjoy it with curry.



Ingredients: Chicken breast, black pepper, lemon, frying mix, bread crumbs, egg. (All ingredients that I post can be bought at any Korean markets in Hawaii)


How to make?

1. Sprinkle pepper and juice lemon.







2. Prepare frying mix, bread crumbs and eggs.







3. Put chicken into egg, frying mix and bread crumbs in order. (Twice)



4. Put chicken into oil to fry it.

















5. Enjoy!
