Bacon Enoki mushroom Skewer

(Bacon Enoki mushroom Skewer)

Today, we make Bacon Enoki mushroom Skewer. My girlfriend created this food. It is easy to make and easy to eat but it is not Korean food.


Ingredients: Bacon, Enoki mushroom, Toothpick. (All ingredients that I post can be bought at any Korean markets in Hawaii)


How to make?


1. Prepare bacon, Enoki mushroom and toothpick.






















2. Cut enoki mushroom.


















3. Wash the enoki mushroom.


4. Grab a few enoki mushrooms.


5. Wrap it up with bacon.

6. Stick a toothpick into bacon.


7. Grill them.


8. Enjoy!!

    Wow! This is not good for me because I am studing at UH's liberary now. It looks too delicious to stand eating. I'm really hungry!
