Doenjang Gook
(Soybean Paste Soup)
Today, we make Doenjang Jjigae. It is a variety of stew-like Korean traditional dish, made with doenjang (soybean paste). It is a very healthy food.
Ingredients: anchovy, crushed garlic, enoki mushroom, young pumpkin, spinach, soybean paste.
(All ingredients that I post can be bought at any Korean markets in Hawaii)
How to make?
1. Put anchovy and crushed garlic into water.
2. After boiling water, put soybean paste, enoki mushroom, spinach, young pumpkin.
3. After boiling 5-10 minutes, enjoy it!
Wow! This seems to yummy! I love Korean food too! Maybe, I shall try and make this sometime! :D
